This all depends on what you have ordered.
Some products we will have cut ready to just assemble, where as others may take few weeks depending on work load and suppliers.
It is always on our website at the time of ordering. Although we try to keep lead times to a minimum, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
If we offer engraving on a product then we do require you to send this to us.
Once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation email, the easiest way is to reply to this email and attach your logo. Remember though, we require your logo int he correct format. This needs to be a .PDF .EPS or .AI (something that can be resized). If a jpeg is sent then this will be rejected unless you have paid for this image to be re-worked by us.
Yes is the simple answer, we offer delivery on most of our products. These are done on our own van so we can ensure they arrive to you safely and undamaged.
On some of the more vehicle specific products, this also includes free fitting! The driver will need a hand with lifting though as they will usually be on their own. Universal products do require fitting yourself as we cannot drill through your vehicle to secure this.
Free collection is also available from us in Dorset.
Yes, all products come with a 12 month return to base warranty. There isn't really much involved with our products that could go wrong, we build all of our products using the best materials on the market, but on the rare occasion this could happen. You must return to us to have any warranty work fixed.
